Error is raised by `assert tcp_nodelay == 1` when connecting to an instrument from MacOS.

This fixes an error raised by
assert tcp_nodelay == 1when connecting to an instrument from MacOS. I measured the execution speed of an instrument command to be ~0.5 ms on both Linux and MacOS, so this block seems to be unnecessary in MacOS.
