larpandoracontent v04_19_00

[AndyChappell]

This PR for larpandoracontent v04_19_00 introduces support for a number of new features. In particular

• Improvements to 2D shower growing
• Identification and splitting of over-merged tracks
• Event classification and final state track/shower counting
• Track PID

These updates are not yet part of any active workflow, and so no product changes are expected.
