I'm currently maintaining a fork where I replaced CatConfig with cloth-config2. It's not perfect and still has a few bugs that I haven't had time to fix, so I've only shared it with my friends so far. I've dropped the .jar file here if you want to give it a try(but don’t expect too much).

btw, I also just finished porting this mod to Minecraft 26.1.2.

I think it depends on when CatConfig gets updated. Alternatively, I might keep working on my 'unofficial' fork once I clear up my real-life work and get some free time (which could be a while😢).
