Great! Be aware though that @rvweeren is planning to add also an output directory for FITS images, so perhaps wait for that update before merging (so we can update everything at once)? |

That sounds like the cleanest approach to me indeed. I did see that folder being made already. |

Facetselfcal is reorganising the outputs a little from 03bee0e onwards, which impacts where pilot should look for outputs. This PR addresses that.
This probably needs a bit more precise coordination (maybe a new version before this; any thoughts @lonbar maybe?), given that it's a breaking change, but I'm opening the PR just so people are aware and can pull the changes already if they run ahead.
