Install and launch the sole Blue Current wallet with a pinned node/CLI bundle and authenticated, identity-checked RPC. Preserve existing data and settings.
Go, Flutter, and isolated node wallet tests pass. Production activation remains gated on finalized identity and qualified platform release hashes.
