Adds the quiz section to the Home UI, including a new `HomeQuizView` and `QuizCollectionViewCell`. Improves `HomeProgressView` layout and style. Adds `LMGray03` color asset.
Wraps the Home UI within a ScrollView to enable scrolling for smaller screens and accommodate the quiz section. Adds a play icon to the start button within the quiz cell to enhance visual appeal and user experience.
Adds routing functionality to the home view, allowing users to navigate to the quiz view upon tapping the start button. Also this commit includes adding CommonUIAssets for navigation bar and Rx dependencies to CommonUI
