Description

This pull request updates the project documentation to better showcase the application's features and organization. The main changes involve enhancing the README.md with demo videos and clarifying the project structure.

Documentation improvements:

• Added an "App Demo Videos" section to README.md, including embedded GIFs demonstrating the timetable saving and attendance tracking features.
• Created a new src/assets/videos/readme.md file to document the addition of the video folder for demo assets.

Formatting and organization:

• Removed an unnecessary separator line from the features list in README.md to improve readability.

Can you try AI card Generation using csv upload (There's a generate with ai icon when you click the Plus button) and add a demo gif for that as well
and one for calendars, one for the add subject and one for the tasks chat page

and share the screenshots after adding gifs

also, please make these vertically wrapped, so only one gif appear at a single row

• make the sizes of all gif's equal and
• make sure full gif is visible at one time (so, it doesn't cut outside of screen) ..
• Make the gif's horizontally centered.

Demo 3 is AI Schedule generator, but you are showing schedule page,
Demo 4 is Task Manager, but the gif added is for Schedule Generator
Demo 5 is Subject Management, but the gif added is Task Manager,

Please take the exported csv to make a demo for AI Schdule generator, use gemini Api from gemini Studios if you don't have it and show the working demo

and update the ordering for the Demos and gifs to map them correctly
