…code - Fix #4866: Hide maillage fields in CR de contrôle for gear categories without mesh (engins de pêche récréative, récolte, divers, lignes, pièges, pas d'engin) keeping them for chaluts, filets, dragues, and the FCN/MDR exceptions - Fix #4867: Count declaredMesh in stats completion using category-based logic instead of isMeshRequiredForSegment, aligned with the new display rules - Fix #3963: Show all emails and phones for each PNO subscriber instead of overwriting with the last one; deduplicate identical addresses - Fix #3739: Remove unused components FormikIsValidEffect, VesselListSVG, and HeaderButtons (styles.ts) - Note: #3738 (rsuite Checkbox migration) was already completed
