This pull request enhances and paraphrases the description of ManimCE in the README.md file.
Reason for the Change
I think the current description doesn't adequately explain what ManimCE is and instead focuses more on its origins. Therefore, I believe it's important to clarify what ManimCE is at the beginning to provide a more balanced description between ManimCE as a community-driven project and its origins from 3b1b/manim.
