- Trim SKILL.md from ~4,906 to ~4,269 tokens: shorten frontmatter description, remove redundant Full Reference Index, expand Quick Routing to cover all 38 reference files
- Split animations.md (656 lines) into core (393) + advanced (272)
- Split coroutines-flow.md (590 lines) into core (415) + advanced (185)
- Split navigation.md into shared decision guide + version-specific files (navigation-3, navigation-2, nav DI, migration)
- Split networking-ktor.md into core + auth, architecture, testing; merge networking-ktor-resources.md back into parent
- Split paging.md into core + offline, mvi-testing
- Deduplicate Three Phases and Primitive Specializations between compose-essentials.md and performance.md
- Deduplicate CreateItemViewModel example between architecture.md and clean-code.md
- Convert 9 chain-loading cross-references to inline text to prevent unnecessary multi-file loads (validation check [7] now passes)
- All 38 reference files linked, 0 orphaned, 0 broken links
- Scanner result: ALL CLEAR (0 errors, 0 warnings)
