Add token-optimized reference authoring rules (.cursor/rules/reference-file-standards.mdc) and standardize many references for brevity and consistency. Removed in-file Tables of Contents, condensed prose into rule/tables, added BAD/GOOD examples (anti-patterns), and normalized animation/architecture guidance. Add SKILL.md validation section pointing to ./scripts/validate.sh and update README heading. Miscellaneous edits to several references to follow the new reference-file standards and improve token efficiency.
