Replace the verbose capability description in SKILL.md with explicit activation rules: the compose-skill should only be used when the user explicitly mentions "compose-skill", "@compose-skill", or "use compose skill" and must not auto-activate based on keyword matching. Removes the long list of Compose/KMP capabilities from the top-level description.
