GC6 required namelist items

This ticket adds various tuneable parameters required by GC6 to the namelist, specifically:

• those convection parameters tuned in the development of GC6
• those parameters needed to run GC6-central

Output of running the upgrade macro can be seen on the test branch: iboutle/lfric_apps@gc6_nlst...iboutle:lfric_apps:test_gc6_nlst
