The FastPathEnabled feature, when registered REQUIRES Product Group Approval for it to take effect. Hence the messaging needs to be a warning and not just Important.

Pull request overview
This PR updates the Azure Payment HSM FastPathEnabled documentation to reflect that enabling the feature requires product group approval by elevating the callout from an “Important” note to a “Warning”.
Changes:
- Changed the FastPathEnabled registration admonition from
[!IMPORTANT]to[!WARNING]to emphasize the approval requirement.
| > [!WARNING] | ||
| > After registering the "FastPathEnabled" feature flag, you **must** contact the [Azure Payment HSM support team](support-guide.md#microsoft-support) team to have your registration approved. In your message to Microsoft support, include the subscription IDs of **every** subscription that needs access to Azure Payment HSM. |

The sentence has a duplicated word: "support team ... team". Remove the second "team" after the link text to avoid the typo.
