The "get App Installer from the Microsoft Store" link is returning 503 and it does not point to the store web app. Updated the link to point to the App Installer app on store.

@RohitSharma27 I've got another update coming with some additional information. We're going to remove this link as we're going to offer another way using "Repair-WinGetPackageManager" as the method for updating / repairing WinGet. Thanks for the PR though! |

The store link was necessary for Windows 10 builds very shortly after WinGet was released. The main challenge we see now is when the Store isn't enabled on Windows 11 desktop and users want to bootstrap WinGet on an existing device. The guidance below also helps if users don't want to manually check the store for updates (or they don't want to wait for the store automatic update) and to get the latest version of WinGet on their system immediately after a "clean" Windows install. The guidance should reflect installing the Microsoft.WinGet.Client PowerShell module and running the "Repair-WinGetPackageManager" cmdlet with the appropriate arguments.
