changes:
upgradle etc, better remap = false usage, 1.14-1.15.2 compat fix (#14)
allow obstructed spawns if every other spawn is obstructed (#15)
note: a new 1.14-1.15.2 crash was readded and also obstructed spawn fix didn't work correctly so look out for 2.4.1
