• Add delegate

• Remove delegate

- (void)removeAllDelegates;
- (void)removeDelegate:(DelegateType)delegate;
- (void)removeDelegate:(DelegateType)delegate delegateQueue:(nullable dispatch_queue_t)delegateQueue;
