📣 Related Issue

📝 Summary

  • 글쓰기 API의 공개여부/카테고리 요소를 필수 -> 선택으로 변경하였습니다.
  • 공개여부를 선택하지 않을 경우, PUBLIC 기본 설정
  • 카테고리를 선택하지 않을 경우, null 값이 입력되고, 이는 카테고리의 전체보기 탭에 들어가게 됩니다.
