docs(plugins): rework Kimi Datasource section with authoritative source names - #3153
Conversation
…ce names - Name authoritative data sources in the intro (World Bank, IMF, OECD, FRED, WHO, FAO, NBS, Wind, S&P Capital IQ, SEC EDGAR, Caixin, Xinhua Finance, Gildata) so users can see what backs the plugin - Turn the eight 'what you can do' scenarios into collapsible details blocks with question-style headers (title — question?) so the page stays scannable - Coverage table: add a financial-news/industry-data row (Caixin, Xinhua Finance); name Yuandian Legal for the legal row; macroeconomics row now also covers China government data and IGO official statistics - Only sources approved for both domestic and overseas publicity are named; restricted sources are described by capability instead

Preserve the government open-data catalog coverage
For users looking for public-data catalogs rather than statistical series, this replacement drops a supported capability: the deleted row documented National Data Administration catalogs, while the new row mentions only NBS indicators. The bundled source contract still exposes china_nda separately from china_nbs (plugins/official/kimi-datasource/SKILL.md:39-40,67), so this capability is now absent from the coverage table in both locales; add the National Data Administration catalog coverage back.

What
Rework the Kimi Datasource section on the plugins page (zh + en) so users can see which authoritative data sources back the plugin — previously the section only listed capabilities with no source names.
Changes
::: detailswith question-style headers (**title— question?`), keeping the page scannableNaming compliance
Only sources approved for both domestic and overseas publicity are named (per the internal publicity guidelines). Sources restricted on either side are described by capability instead of by name.
