This resulted in a signicant refactoring: * Add more data to the sample data to cover testing * creating of testing framework to simplify tests and avoid duplicat code see conftext.py and helpers.py * elimintate in-memory storage and use :memory: db connection instead * fix bug where pytest gave warings about connections (see pytest.ini)
* change HTML/javascript/CSS * add scripts to reset database - ingest dev user as Alic for manual testing
