feat: Add microG download page

Adds a very simple download page the app can open instead of sending the user to super confusing GitHub.

I don't know why but my download from this link doesn't complete, it freezes at 100%.

But when downloading from the release page on github it works.

It seems a 302 redirect to downloaded files can cause issues with CloudFlare.

Try again now (changed to 301 redirect).

The FAQ and download header links are showing but they could be removed.

I think "Back home" can be removed because the only action for the user should be "Download"

I think it looks ok aligned to the left (how it is now), but it could be either way (aligned left or centered).

In the future we can try modifying Manager to check if MicroG is installed and install if needed.
