Extend the existing picker, shared URLs, startup palettes and covers. Focused and Chrome checks pass; full scanner suite needs Java.
Name the electric-blue and cyan palette Electric and remove product branding. Focused URL, export and browser checks pass.

Groma already offers Auto, Light, Dark and Blueprint, but projects cannot choose a palette that matches their own visual identity. This adds six choices to the existing web theme menu: Electric, Solar, Ocean, Forest, Plum and Sand. Electric uses near-black paper, electric blue map lines and cyan interaction highlights.
The viewer and startup screen derive their CSS from the same palette registry. Each choice is saved, survives shared query URLs and publication paths, and gets an exported cover image. Existing theme behavior and Groma branding stay intact; no new configuration or dependencies are needed. The new menu entries include palette swatches.
Validation:
bun run check: lint, type checking and all 32 Node tests passed; the Bun suite reported 756 passes, 51 skips and 17 failures. All failures are in the unchanged Java, Scala and COBOL scanners because the local Mac has no Java runtime available. The existing theme URL and sharing tests now exercise every registered choice. Documentation describes the new palettes and publication URLs.
