fix: improve dark theme text contrast in Resume section (fixes #314)

Description

Fixed contrast issues in ATS Analyzer component for better readability in both light and dark modes.

Impact:
-Resolves low contrast text issues that made content difficult to read in dark mode
-Ensures consistent readability across both light and dark themes
-Improves accessibility by meeting WCAG contrast requirements
-Maintains visual hierarchy while enhancing user experience
-The ATS Analyzer now displays clearly readable text in both themes, particularly fixing the previously hard-to-read Critical Improvements and AI Suggestions sections.

• Keyword Analysis: Added dark mode variants for keyword tags with proper borders and contrast
• Section Headings: Applied text-foreground class to all section titles for consistent theming
• Form Elements: Enhanced textarea styling with proper placeholder and text colors
