add missing land qtys to default_quantities_mod.f90

Description:

There were some qtys in land_quatnties_mod.f90 that were not in default_quantites_mod.f90.
This pull request adds the missing qtys.

@braczka This is adding some qtys from the land to the default qty list. Can you sanity check this, - just incase these land qtys should have different names, or are good to go.
