The Action is currently configured to only run when manually triggered. To schedule the execution, simply uncomment the code at the top of
update_notify_templates.yml.To use the Action, a Notify API key needs to be added to a GitHub repo secret called
NOTIFY_API_KEY. This key only needs to be of the typeTest - pretends to send messages, because only template read access is required.
