Addresses some of the issues mentioned in #393, but differently. Since GATs have been stabilized since this trait was created we can now use it to simplify the interface so that it doesn't require double
&&anymore. This should also make it easier to put it in anArcsince it should now deref properly.@WhyNotHugo could you comment on whether this solves the issues you had?
