Remove the rotations at least for EKOs v0.15 which are always expressed in the flavour basis.

This now works with NNPDF/pineappl#353. What we need is then only to make a v1.1.0 release once the relevant PineAPPL's PRs are merged.

As argued on the otherside I would revert 0bb666a - we want as many optimize as possible
