Do we also want to include this recent change to JCB: NOAA-EMC/jcb@8a1cb30 (very recent it was merged in this morning!)?

1. open a GDASApp issue and PR to fast track getting the new jcb into develop
2. add the updated jcb to the new feature/stable-night and merge into develop next Monday (3/30)

In the end it was easier to create a PR to merge into develop as I do not have write permissions for the main repository.

@ADCollard you should have write permission for the NOAA-EMC repo, it's just that feature/stable-nightly and develop are protected branches
