The path to RRFS data has actually changed since NCO started running the RRFS parallel. If you want to update it you can use this path instead:
/lfs/h1/ops/para/com/rrfs/v1.0/rrfs.${YYYYMMDD}/${HH}

You could probably remove this line and line 108 below since it is commented out and not needed for RRFS

@HananehJafary-NOAA I left a couple of minor comments but otherwise your changes to add RRFS to the gentracks package look good to me!
I'll also mention that NCO wants us to use grib_util/1.5.0 with RRFS, but there is currently an issue when it tries to process wind speed records (although it doesn't always occur which makes it confusing!). So I would stick with grib_util/1.2.4 for now, although they may want you to upgrade to 1.5.0 in the future.
