Gabriel Assignment

1. Clone this repository to the secondary node over Tailscale.
2. Start the local stack with docker compose -f infrastructure/local/docker-compose.yml up -d.
3. Verify Cloudflare tunnel routing in infrastructure/edge/cloudflared-config.yaml.

Lucy Assignment

1. Review hvs-sovereignty/schema/hvs-manifest.json for C2PA/JSON-LD provenance fields.
2. Manage the MC96 pilot schema in hvs-sovereignty/pilots/mc96-equity-ledger.sql.
3. Keep the HVS publication gate aligned with hvs-sovereignty/governance/HVS-CHARTER.md.
