This PR adds support for Kytos-ng (https://github.com/kytos-ng) backend.
Kytos-ng (Kytos next generation) is lightweight, production-grade SDN Platform for orchestration programmable networks. More specifically, Kytos support L2VPN services via the Kytos-ng/Mef_Eline Napp, which is the actual target of this backend (to allow creation of point-to-point layer 2 NSI circuits).
Heads-up: this PR should sits on top of PR #51
