Main:

Updated Nordiniclient to use Neo4j driver version 4.4.x.

Additional:

Introduced Poetry as the package manager and build tool.
Refactored project structure to follow the poetry setup
Added pyproject.toml for centralized configuration.
Included dev dependencies for collaboration and standardized project rules.
Github actions for auto tests (optinal building & publication)
