Merging NST-DEVFORGE#53 failed with 'Resource not accessible by integration': the fork predates the workflow changes on main, so a merge commit would bring those changes in, and GITHUB_TOKEN may not write workflow files. NST-DEVFORGE#56, forked after the last workflow change, merged fine. A squash commit sits on top of main with only the signature, whatever the fork's age.
