The decompression table now always shows gas switches as individual rows, even when the configured switch time is zero. This ensures the instruction table consistently shows where a gas switch occurs, regardless of how long it takes. This also improves readability of the table.

This makes gas switch time configurable. Instead of assuming zero time taken to switch gas, the diver is kept at depth for the configured period, after which a gas switch happens.
