Defaults are saved in yml file: default_settings.yml

User has the ability to use a custom_settings.yml to override defaults.

Hey, sorry I missed this PR! Saving input profiles is a great feature and something that's been requested a bunch. However, I think we want a solution that will work even with the packaged executable, without requiring less tech savvy users to run the code from source. Have any ideas?

Mmm, sorry, I didn't saw that you answered to me :) I guess, we could add a button to save the form values in the custom_settings.yml override file. I am currently busy. I will see if I can work on this later.
