SET_ETHTOOL_OPS was removed in mainline Linux kernel in 7ad24ea4bf (net: get rid of SET_ETHTOOL_OPS).
.phys_id was removed in mainline Linux kernel in 1ab7b6ac27 (ethtool: remove phys_id from ethtool_ops).

Please pull to fix building issues caused by changes in mainline Linux kernel. This pull includes fixes for changes made up to 3.16 version of Linux. All changes are trivial and will not cause problems on older versions of the kernel.
