Rename 'programs' routes to 'library' for better semantic clarity: - Update route files and paths (/programs/* → /library/*) - Update i18n translations (EN: Programming → Library, FR: Programmation → Bibliothèque) - Update sidebar navigation and active route logic - Update internal links in workout routes
