Add comprehensive help page accessible from authenticated app: - Contact information with support email - FAQ section with common questions (profile, athlete, data deletion) - Privacy policy and terms dialogs for GDPR compliance - Legal documents accessible to authenticated users as required by GDPR UI improvements: - Add ScrollArea to help and athlete detail pages for consistent scrolling - Improve profile page layout with full-width cards for better visual balance - Install accordion component for collapsible FAQ section
