- Create SettingsSection component with language switcher and dark mode toggle
- Integrate settings into profile page between user info and danger zone
- Remove dedicated settings page and menu entry from sidebar
- Add i18n translations for settings section (FR/EN)
- Configure i18n language persistence in localStorage
- Dark mode toggle prepared for future implementation
