Dataset Navigation and Search page enhancements

This PR implements several new features to improve dataset navigation, search preconfiguration, and user interactions across the Dataset Detail and Search pages.

Included Features:

1. Feat(Dataset Detail Page): Make “Modalities” in MetadataPanel clickable to run a subject-level search for that modality #97

• Modalities are now interactive buttons.
• Clicking a modality runs a subject-level search preloaded with that modality filter.

2. Highlight target subject folder in Dataset page when arriving from Search #96

• When navigating from the Search page to a Dataset Detail page, the target subject folder is automatically scrolled into view.
• The subject row is highlighted with a persistent yellow background for clear visual focus.

3. Feat(search): Support query parameter to preconfigure Search page #95

• The Search page can now accept query parameters to preconfigure database.
