Add nixos module for the nemorosa package. Largely inspired by the cross-seed and recyclarr modules.

Things done

  • Built on platform:
    • x86_64-linux
    • aarch64-linux
    • x86_64-darwin
    • aarch64-darwin
  • Tested, as applicable:
