btw: pre-commit reconverted openupgrade_framework readme files. I separated that stuff into another commit, but I don't know if it's expected to happen
yes, V17 recent OCA CI convert rst fragment into md. I didn't understand the motivation behind this change, (as the main file remains an rst file), but I think it's normal!
