Note : the message here regarding changes in base module is wrong, IMO, because there is no change in base module. We could ignore the changes done in the général log txt file. Dont you think ?

well I'm all for minutiae, but given testing changes to this job is super time consuming, I just added this to the todo list for v19 i just proposed (even though the change will not actually be effective in the v19 branch, but i'll have to test the job there anyways, and can then cherry pick the commit to whatever the then default branch is
