Description

Added the shortcut keys like ctrl+c , ctrl+m , ctrl+v for chatting , mute/unmute and video on/off purposes .
Used react hot keys for implementing thsi functionality .
Since the InRoom.tsx didn't had the feature of streaming the video and audio , for testing purposes added the localstream of video and audio which can be later updated with WebRTC functions to broadcast over the server .
