As I previously reported, the next class stats are wrong because the request bounties are counted twice. I believe this change will fix it. Probably needed to check out the promotion logic to make sure nothing breaks?

Sorry for having this closed, we had to do a force push due an internal hiccup we had. I've created #192 to track merging this PR. |
