+Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the maintainers at **[email protected]**. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

+- Temporary or permanent suspension of contribution rights.  
+- Banning from project spaces (issues, pull requests, chat).

+- Your contact preference (you may report anonymously).

+## Enforcement Process & Appeals  
+
+- Reports are reviewed by maintainers (ideally someone not involved in the incident).

+- Appeals are reviewed by a different maintainer or an appointed committee.
