docs: fix broken links and outdated repository suites

Summary

• Update OBS repository suite URLs to current releases: Fedora 41→43, 42→44, Deepin 23→23.1, openEuler 23.09→25.03, AnolisOS 8→Anolis 23.3/23.4, xUbuntu→Ubuntu
• Replace dead GitHub mirror URLs (githubfast.com, ghp.ci) with official GitHub repository URLs
• Fix official documentation URL path (/guide/ll-builder/manifests.html → /guide/building/manifests.html)
• Point ll-pica manifest example to the migrated deepin beige repo path (/beige/ → /deepin/beige/)

All replacement URLs have been verified as reachable (HTTP 200). Changes are applied to both Chinese and English docs.

Test plan

• Verify OBS suite URLs resolve correctly in a browser
• Verify linglong.yaml example URLs are valid GitHub repositories
• Verify https://linyaps.org.cn/guide/building/manifests.html loads
• Verify https://community-packages.deepin.com/deepin/beige/ loads
• Proofread both zh and en versions for consistency
