Description

I entered a basic prompt, it created a design then gave me this error.

Thanks for the detailed report, and for attaching the diagnostics bundle in the follow-up comment — that saves a round trip.

Your log shows the model call itself succeeded, and the failure is in the post-generation verification step, not in App.jsx:

[generate] step=send_request.ok — provider custom-greenpt-pyma, modelId glm-5.2-honey, ~99s, 180 streamed deltas and 1 tool call. So your custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint and BYOK config look healthy at the wire level; this is very unlikely to be a provider/model/settings problem.
[generate] step=verify.fail { path: 'App.jsx', errorCount: 2, repairLimitReached: false } — the agent finished its turn, ran the done self-check, and the check failed with 2 errors, both of which point at the verifier harness document itself, not at anything the model wrote:

- runtime verifier load failed: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND at file:///tmp/codesign-done-verify-7WVzvK/verify.html
generate.fail then reports code: 'GENERATION_INCOMPLETE' (surfaced in the UI as GENERATION_FAILED), and snapshot.created fires straight after, so your workspace and the initial snapshot were preserved. Nothing you generated was destroyed.

net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND is a Chromium file-URL error, so the verifier harness is being written under $TMPDIR (/tmp/codesign-done-verify-*) and then loaded in a Chromium-backed surface that could not find it at load time. That is consistent with a Linux-side verifier infrastructure failure — e.g. the temp harness not existing yet when navigation starts, or /tmp as seen by the loading process being different from the one the file was written into (sandboxed installs such as Snap/Flatpak, or a TMPDIR mismatch between the main process and the verification browser). I could not confirm which of those it is from the log alone.

One observation worth confirming: repairLimitReached: false means the auto-repair loop had not exhausted its budget, yet generation aborted. Since both errors are in the harness rather than in App.jsx, there was likely nothing in the user code for the repair pass to fix — which is another sign this is verifier plumbing, not a bad generation.

Workaround in the meantime: open the design from the hub and use Files/Preview on the kept workspace. If the preview renders, the design is intact and only the verify step failed. The public README notes that "Preview and final verification resolve local assets relative to the source file inside the bound workspace. Missing assets and paths outside that workspace remain verification errors" (README.md, "See it generate"), so retrying the same prompt is the fastest way to tell whether this is intermittent or deterministic.

Need more info:

How did you install the app on Linux — AppImage, .deb, Snap, Flatpak, or from source via pnpm dev? Sandboxed packages can give the app a private /tmp that the verification browser cannot see.
Does re-running the same prompt reproduce the identical codesign-done-verify-* / ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND failure, or does it sometimes complete?
Does Preview of the kept workspace render correctly, and does a PDF/PNG export (which also uses a Chromium surface) fail the same way?
What does echo $TMPDIR print in the shell you launch the app from, and is /tmp writable and not full on your machine?
