Nothing really fixed yet.

As it is, sound is not working, and I have not implemented multi-tap, so controllers are limited to 2. |

This updates the PCSX2 core to use a more recent version of PCSX2, specifically 1.7.5556. A lot of changes were done under the hood, so a lot more stubs were created.
