Minor relese highlights

This release focuses on OpenEnergyFamily tool modularization. It implements the new normalization module in oem2orm. It provides functionality to keep the generated datamodel (from oemetadata) in line with the constrains the OEP-API implements. This kind of functionality was scatered across code bases until now. It helps to streamline upload functionality.

Additionally this release intorduces more extensive usage of logging and a more robust settings module.
